Yes there are way to many out there... If I had to really narrow it down it would be

Eureka Seven- Just been my favorite since I first saw it.
ROD the TV - Was the previous favorite, An amazing series visually and storywise as well as a wonderfully done dub.
Gurren Lagann - An extremely random Giant Robot parody anime series that is just so insane that its awesome. Even if you don't care for the robot genre its fun to watch.
Code Geass - A really complicated anime that amazes me.
